Heart attack has became the number 1 killer in our nation. At least 250000 people die of heart attacks every year. This figure continue to increase and show no sign to decrease. Food is one of the most important factor in taking care of your hear. Below is some of the food that good for our heart:

1. Oatmeal: Oatmeal are full of omega-3 fatty acids, folate and potassium. This fiber-rich food can lower the levels of LDL cholesterol and keep your arteries clear

2. Avocadro: Avocadro packed with monounsaturated fat, which can lower the LDL level too while rainsing the amount of HDL cholesterol in your body

3. Salmon: Salmon rich in omega-3 fatty acids, which can effectively reduce blood pressure and keep clotting at bay.
